Sieve Bend Screen
SIEVE BEND SCREEN – CURVED SURFACE FOR HIGH FILTERING EFFICIENCY
Sieve Bend Screens also known as side hill screens, parabolic screens, run-down screens, gravity screens, and DSM screens, is a curved concave wedge bar type of screen made of stainless steel wedge wires.
Sieve Bend Screen is manufactured by welding the stainless steel V-shaped profile wires to the wedge wire support rods. Then the wedge wire panel screens are cut and curved into wedge wire sieve bend screens with common 45°,60°, and other degree arcs. At last, the wedge wire sieve bends will be inserted into a stainless steel frame for easy installation onto equipment.
Sieve Bend Screens can be custom designed to separate solids from liquids in various applications including food processing, pulp and paper, wastewater cleanup, surface water intakes, corn wet milling, coal preparation, and gold recovery.
